This is great late night listening. I'm doing some C++ right now for uni and just thought about the name... not about C++ but when you do a loop, and go up by one each time, you use t++ to mean t = t + 1. Of course t can be x or h or anything... but I'm wondering if T++ means increment time by 1 :)
