Autor nie rezygnuje ze stylu wyrobionego niegdyś, wygląda na przekonanego o wyjątkowości swoich struktur muzycznych, opartych o tłuste, głębokie bassline'y i o kontrastujące z nimi oszczędne, blaszane bity. Moje odczucia są podzielone, bardzo hołubiłam sobie LP Capsize Recovery, w podświadomość zepchnęłam czekanie na kolejne wypociny Massela. Mimo wyraźnej kontynuacji wartego docenienia trendu brzmieniowego, najnowszy album udało mi się przegryźć dopiero po trzecim odsłuchu. W końcu przekonałam się, że niektóre utwory są całkiem chwytliwe, a pomysł na kolejny album z falującymi i krążącymi jak helikoptery basami może być poddany dalszej eksploatacji. Natomiast irytację wywołał fakt, że czekało się długo na coś, co być może jest jednym wielkim odrzutem po Capsize. Nic dodać, nic ująć jest to ciekawa i ciągle, przynajmniej w minimalnym stopniu oryginalna pozycja. No kiedy Massel wyegzorcyzmuje ze swojej muzyki masywnego, sapiącego mocarnym basem potwora?
